Product Description

Bando timing belt 
1. Long span is possible. The length of the belt can be set freely, and long spans of 5m and 10m can be designed. 2. No slips, no knots. Due to the same bite transmission as the chain, there is no slip and speed change. Therefore, it is suitable for location determination and transportation of automated production lines. Unlike chains and steel wires, support such as refueling and tension correction is almost unnecessary.
3. The long type sync has the following 3 types.
Seamless products (no seams): H, XH, XXH, S8M, S14M
Ring product (1 seam): H shape only
Opening products (belt-shaped): MXL, XL, L, H, S2M, S3M, S4.5M, S5M, S8M
Purpose: Long-span devices that require simultaneous reciprocating movement and simultaneous transportation. 

Bando triangle belt
Super energy-saving small high-speed operation and high-power transmission; long-life V-belt evolved into an energy-saving V-belt. It has good flexibility, reduces the stress of bending, and has a good power saving effect. 
Divided into five layers: 1. Outer canvas 2. Upper rubber 3. Adhesive rubber 4. Core wire 5. Lower rubber
Bando triangle belt can improve transmission efficiency. The distinctive structure can suppress the loss of bending stress, and has a good effect on energy saving.

Belt type can produce size:
3V shape: 355~ 1400
5V shape: 500 ~3550
8V shape: 1000 ~ 3550

Features:
1. Expect energy-saving and power-saving effects. Because the loss torque is very small, the transmission efficiency is improved and the power saving effect is exerted.
2. No equipment modification is required. Please use the standard pulley of the super V-belt. Replace the previous pulley with a belt.
3. Long life. Low heat generation. Stable service life. Uses: General industrial equipment including air-conditioning equipment such as blowers and various pumps.
