Our Steel Corded Industrial Timing Belt, crafted from premium imported thermoplastic polyurethane material, boasts remarkable abrasion resistance. The inclusion of robust steel wire cores ensures exceptional movement capabilities and minimal production tolerances. During manufacturing, a nylon layer is applied to both the tooth surface and its back, preserving operational characteristics in specialized applications. Additionally, a polyurethane layer can be added to the back of the belt for enhanced corrosion resistance and high-load durability.
